Did you know that much of the upholstery on sofas, curtains, and carpets are made from synthetic materials like polyester, nylon, and acrylic?

When these items are produced, used, or washed, they release tiny plastic fibres into the air, water and our skin. These microplastics can end up in our lungs, food, and water.

Research shows that chemicals like tributyl phosphate, dimethyl fumarate, and certain dyes used in synthetic fabrics can be harmful.

They can cause skin reactions and asthma and even have links to cancer and reproductive issues.

Using natural fibres, like wool, can significantly reduce this plastic pollution.

Given these facts, we should ask ourselves whether we need synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon in our workspaces and homes.

We believe natural fabrics are better for your skin, health, and planet.

Warm neutrals fabrics are versatile, inviting, and cosy.

Unlike cool, blue-toned greys, warm neutrals bring a toasty feel to a room, making them ideal for bedrooms and living areas.

These colours often contain hints of yellow, red, or brown, such as in taupe or cream.

Wool is widely regarded as one of the best fabrics for school auditorium seating because it combines natural safety, extreme durability, and superior acoustic properties. For students who sit for long periods, wool’s natural breathability and thermal regulation provide year-round comfort.

Olive Green + Khaki + Chartreuse swatches

Olive green, khaki, and chartreuse create a sophisticated, earthy yet vibrant, and warm-toned palette.

Olive green provides a grounded, deep base, while khaki serves as a light neutral anchor. Chartreuse, a vivid, striking yellow-green, adds energy and high-contrast pop to the combination, making it ideal for interior design.
