Y Studio i am the sole owner of .Y studio. I create unique hand crafted crochet fashion for the discerning fashionista, and occasionally i design soft furnishings.

Most recently I have been yarn bombing all around Australia. In a partial rejection of a fast paced modernity in favour of a retro-Victorian ethos, there is an inherent contradiction in self-promoting. In blending nostalgia longing for a future that cannot exist, I straddle the fence with my innovative creations. Y Studio has grown from a simple craft to a unique all consuming passion that has tak

en me all over Australia. I have designed for various companies whilst travelling across this vast land to teach my methods and techniques to an enthused audience. I am well published in magazines in Australia as well as overseas and online, my patterns are available thru those companies that engaged me to design with their particular yarn and seasonal shades. i have won numerous awards thruout the years. In 2017 I am again published and working on Yarn bombing events in my community. I recently celebrated over 40 years of designing with a mini exhibit which was warmly received by fans, friends and family.
