Celebrating 15 years of Matty Winslow at Delta Ag.

Matt began his journey in Keith as an aspiring agronomist, moved to Naracoorte where he stepped into management, and now leads as Network Manager.

While he’s had many phases over the years (some better documented than others), one thing has always remained the same — his unwavering commitment to his team and clients.

Across every role, Matt has led with hard work, accountability and plenty of humour. He’s built a culture where everyone feels supported, but also knows when it’s time to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

A respected leader, a reliable mentor, a lover of a well-timed practical joke — and of course, our “Best Sportsperson” (for reasons still unknown).
