Texas born Daniel Roseberry, Creative Director of Schiaparelli, designed Lady Gaga's gown for her to sing the National anthem at Biden's inauguration ceremony, including the stunning golden dove brooch with olive branch which was pinned to her lapel. What a strong symbol it made. Peace indeed!

I love my Jewelry is Life badge by Mah Rana so much, that I often wear it while working in the studio. This badge was generously given to me by one of the owners of in San Francisco in December 2013. Around that time, Mah Rana made a special American spelling version of her 2001 badge. The original has been covered in a number of contemporary jewellery texts, inlcuding Susan Cohn's Unexpectied Pleasures (2013). To this day, I feel so honoured to have it.
