The fun of drawing does more than you might think.

A 2021 study found drawing improves children's moods by distracting from negative emotions, regardless of whether children draw imaginary or real scenes. (Drake, 2021)

This study highlights how drawing can greatly help emotional regulation in children. Learning how to emotionally diffuse from negative feelings through a creative activity is an important tool in managing difficult feelings as children grow up.

Our lunch bags are loved for their non-toxic materials.

However, lunch bags with ice packs can create a moisture-rich environment for naturally occurring mould to form. Reducing the likelihood of mould forming on your lunch bag is simple with these steps:
- freeze the chiller bag without its cover, and allow the cover to completely dry out between uses. This will help minimise condensation making its way into the lunch bag
- wipe out the lunch bag with a splash of vinegar at the end of the day. Our lunch bags can even go through the wash on a gentle cycle if they need an extra clean (do not machine wash our lunch bags made from recycled plastics)
- keep your lunch bag open as it dries. Plenty of airflow means it will dry more thoroughly
- give it some sunshine: drying your lunch bag and Chill Pack black cover in the sun is the most powerful mould prevention and removal treatment.

Size isn't the only thing that makes our Big and Little Backpacks different.

Each is designed with the size of the wearer in mind. The big features more volume (for more schoolwork, more lunch and sports equiptment) while the little is light and compact while retaining plenty of room for everything a little person needs on their adventures

Both bags have padded straps, write on name labels inside the back, and protective lining (to prevent and leaky lunches escaping).
