Mothering is such a broad story in all its variables and feelings. My wish for you is that you find what nature intended. Being a mother is a life-giving force, one that may need different versions of care. The mother story sits as a base note to most of the counselling care received here at Meraki. It's not always obvious. It stems into our capacity to feel worthy and self compassionate.

This is a valuable and important organisation that emerged in response to bullying behaviour leading to tragedy. Their work is sadly so needed.
In a world where bullies are normalised, encouraged, and revered, we must demonstrate that kindness is far more powerful. And, simple.

I'm also leaving the candle on in the front window tonight for Kumanjayi Little Baby. The candle lights the way for her spirits way ✨️ 💕 may you do the same at your place as part of our national vigil.

Thank you for your understanding and patience while I take time with myself and my family 🌿☺️

I will be here Thursday, 23rd, and I am looking forward to connecting with you all from Tuesday, 28th April 🌿🪷

Maybe never in my lifetime has it seemed so relevant to pause and remember my grandpa and all our people in service from the beginning of ANZAC. May peace ensue for all people very soon 🙏🫂

Meditation and coffee by the stunning Shoalhaven River is how I set my day and prepare to bring the best of myself each day for you all.
Over the weekend, my view will change up a bit.

I will be at Meraki on Saturday with the store open 11 am - 2pm.
Otherwise, on Friday, Sunday, and Monday, I will be recharging my cells, mind, and heart along our divine coastline with walks, meditation, music, and my favourite souls 💖
