RETURN POLICY
For all mail orders 14 days is allowed from the date of delivery for a customer to return an item for change of mind or if the item is faulty. We however do not refund in change of mind but instead we are happy to offer store credit valid for 12 months. We are happy to offer Exchange for similar or higher values. No items are permitted for return without proof of purchase

If an item is worn and becomes damaged a button falls off, zip tears, tassels fall off etc this is considered general wear and tear and we will not accept it back for exchange or refund. We do not accept any refund or store credit for sale or clearance items. We encourage you to return your parcel through registered or traceable as all responsibilities remain of the purchaser until received by jealous boutique. We do not accept any refund or store credit
Jealous boutique staff reserves a right to reject a return if it is concluded that it is not in original condition and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
