The Australian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA) has released updated advice on introducing common food allergens to babies as part of their Infant Feeding for Food Allergy Prevention guide.

If you’re starting solids or know someone who is, this is important information to have. Early introduction of common allergens can play a role in helping reduce the risk of food allergies.
