Sustainability
Pillow & I cares about our planet. In every aspect of our business processes, we aim to be as eco-conscious as possible. We know this is a work in progress and will continue to look for other ways to improve. So far, we have implemented the following:
Slow fashion β Slow fashion is the opposite of fast fashion. Our business practices a considered approach to our processes, taking
into account the resources required to make our pyjamas. We respect people, the environment and animals. Weβre willing to take a longer time in the design process and advocate for longer lasting, better-quality items. Because less consumption is the best consumption! Sustainable fabrics β Our pyjamas are created from 100% organic cotton. Organic cotton is basically cotton grown in a way that doesnβt use pesticides or toxic chemicals. This means it is better for our skin and the planet. The production of organic cotton also uses less energy, releases fewer greenhouses gases and less water. In addition, it helps soil fertility, increases biodiversity and creates a better working environment for cotton farmers as they are not exposed to harsh chemicals.
