Established in 2005, Highs and Lows exists as an independently operated apparel and footwear boutique, priding itself on knowledgeable service within a carefully considered and curated atmosphere. Since our inception, we have not only grown as a retail space, but as an internationally recognized name and brand, mentioned among the very stores responsible for blue-printing the culture in which we r
