Rotor rebuilds rely on careful measurement and methodical setup long before any testing begins.

Here, our technician works through alignment and positioning checks on the rotor body. These small steps ensure the retaining ring, wedges and coils are tensioned correctly once final assembly begins.

Inside a generator rotor rebuild.

This rotor is currently undergoing a full refurbishment, including coil inspection, cleaning and reassembly inside a controlled workspace.
Every millimetre matters at this stage. Our technicians verify insulation integrity, check component alignment and prepare the rotor for the final reassembly steps.

This is the type of work that demands deep winding experience and attention to detail, ensuring the machine returns to site ready for reliable performance.
