Finally this deep emerald green tutu made its debut on stage at the West Coast Dance Festival! It shimmered beautifully on stage, and so did Chanell, receiving a first place in her very first Australian competition!

Frilly arm puffs.
Finished with an elegant gold lace, pearls and shiny rhinestones.
