Returns policy;

Please contact 'Little Podz' within 5 working days of receiving your goods in regards to any returns. As all of our handmade items are made with love and custom to your needs, we are unable to accept returns solely on a change of mind. Returns will be dealt with according to each individual case and we will do our very best to accommodate and rectify any concerns. Order times and

postage;

All our items are very carefully made by hand and can take up to 7 days to complete, however, they will be posted at the earliest date possible for your convenience. Please note that this time does not include postage time and 'Little Podz' will not be liable for any delays in regards to postage. Postage is at a flat rate of $8.00. All orders over $150 are postage free.
