Proud to Support Local students off to Singapore 🏎️

We’re thrilled to have recently worked with our local schools, Alamanda College and Homestead Senior Secondary College, as they collaborate to send their talented students to compete at the STEM Racing World Finals in Singapore! 🏁

The STEM Racing World Finals is an international competition where secondary school students design, build and race miniature Formula 1-style cars, using science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

It’s much more than just racing little cars! Students work in teams, much like a real motorsport engineering team, developing their own designs and learning about aerodynamics, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and project management.

For the students from Alamanda College and Homestead Senior Secondary College, competing in the World Finals in Singapore means taking their skills onto an international stage and competing against teams from other countries.

We had the pleasure of printing their team gear, creating branded uniforms featuring all their amazing sponsor logos from pants, polos, jumpers and jackets - helping the team look the part as they represent their schools on the world stage.

There are some print jobs that make you extra proud to do what you do and this is definitely one of them! ❤️

It's fantastic to see local students chasing big goals, putting their skills to the test and taking their hard work all the way to an international competition.

As a local business, we love being able to play a small part in supporting our community, our schools and the next generation of innovators.

This is what we love doing at Murnane Print n Promo - helping local businesses take an idea and turn it into quality, professionally branded apparel!

We recently worked with a local business ' Joel Construction' to transform their AI-generated logo concept into a proper vector file, ready for professional printing. But we didn't stop there!

From preparing the artwork and creating the print files to printing their T-shirts and now these softshell jackets, we've helped bring their branding together across multiple garments.

🧥 Why do we use blocking vinyl on these softshell jackets?

Softshell jackets can be tricky to print on, especially when you're working with white text on darker garments.

The fabric and its dyes can cause colour migration, where the garment's colour bleeds into the print over time, leaving white ink or vinyl looking discoloured.

That's why we use blocking vinyl as part of our printing process. It helps create a barrier against dye migration, keeping the white text looking crisp, clean and vibrant.
