Finding happiness 🎨

I have had the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady recently and she was chatting about finding happiness in our everyday lives.

Her powerful message was all about finding a new way of looking at our "bad days".

When a day feels like it's not going your way, imagine if something you take for granted wasn't in your life.

If your health suddenly changed. If your loved ones weren't close, if your finances took a drastic dip. This small mind shift can really help you realise that your 'bad day' might not be that bad after all ❤️💛

Of course it's all relative, but I liked this way of looking at things 👌
