Position Vacant: Machine Embroiderer
Menswear Direct – ROCKHAMPTON

Menswear Direct is a leading provider of quality menswear, specialising in custom embroidery and finishing services. We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Embroiderer to join our production team.

About the Role:
As our Machine Embroiderer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to deliver high-quality custom garments for our clients. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce quality embroidered garments
• Set up and monitor embroidery machines, threads, and designs
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in all embroidery work
• Maintain machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform routine cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience:
• Preferred experience operating embroidery machines is recommended but not essential (multi-head experience highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow design instructions and meet production deadlines
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
