Established in South Australia 1981, Peer Sorensen crafted chopping boards and butcher's blocks using premium Australian hardwoods. They are still in business, making only smaller items, i.e. chopping boards, serving ware, etc., making their trolleys sought after for representing a bygone era of premium Australian craftsmaship.
