I’m heading out tonight for my besties 40th 💃

As a spiritual being I will be doing lots of energy protection preparation before I head out!

Going out was not something I always enjoyed.

Because I would get social anxiety. Well so I thought. But what I didn’t know how to do was to protect my energy.

When you are out with a lot of other people socially there is a lot of energy.

And it’s not always high vibe.

So, unless we are consciously protecting OUR ENERGY we are leaving ourselves open to Low Vibe energy which is not fun!

So what can you do?

Carry black tourmaline on you I usually have it on me, I have a tourmaline bracelet.

I am constantly saying my protection prayer - Remove all the negative energy, turn it into white light and return it to me.

If you feel overwhelmed excuse yourself and just take some time to tap into your heart space and ground yourself between you and me bathroom breaks can be a saviour ☺️

Salt baths when you get home or the next day.

If you are overloaded with negative energy remove yourself - have healthy boundaries so that you can leave when you feel you need to 🖤
