Jackie literally saved me at the 11th hour - my stepson and fiance were getting married at 3.00pm on a Saturday a few weeks ago, I got a phone call from the Bride on the wedding day at 9.30am asking that I pop over to steam her wrinkled wedding dress, huh? Having never steamed any article of clothing ever, certainly not a white satin wedding dress that I quickly realised was crushed, I googled and you tubed instructions - immediately I ascertained this completely out of my league and was a job only for a highly professional wedding dress steamer, imagine if I had ruined the wedding dress by creating water marks! I again googled and could not believe that I had found a professional that would even come to your house - but I am now going to be asking they attend literally in a few hours time to the Bride’s house??? I find Jackie, I call her my god send!
She already had 2 weddings booked (for Brides & Bridesmaids) and her time was already extremely limited, Jackie moved her time table around and within an hour and a half, she was at our daughter-in-laws house (I am sure she knew my absolute desperation) - this is what I call AMAZING above & beyond customer service, you are a Wonder Women!!! Jackie, I will ever be grateful and so appreciative to you for literally saving ME on the spot! I will always use your awesome services going forward (when needed) and highly recommend your 5 star business you have created, sincerely thank you does not even cut it in these circumstances, nevertheless, THANK YOU AGAIN - you are beyond appreciated, Nicki AWA
