Our recent trip to Albany and Denmark was truly special as we had the pleasure of visiting one of our long-standing clients — Garrison Restaurant . For six years now, our professional relationship has grown into something much more meaningful, and it was a joy to personally deliver their new order of napkins.
Dinner that evening was nothing short of exceptional. Perched high above the ocean with breathtaking panoramic views, Garrison offers an experience that feels both refined and deeply authentic — a destination in its own right and widely regarded as one of the finest dining venues in the region.
Every course told a story. The freshly shucked in-house oysters served natural with apple cider infusion and bay leaf oil were delicate, vibrant and utterly unforgettable. The smoked kangaroo tartare on roast bone marrow was bold, sophisticated and perfectly executed. Even the hibachi steak left a lasting impression — my husband declared it one of the finest pieces of meat he has ever tasted.
Beyond the cuisine, it was the warmth and precision of the service that elevated the entire evening. We were especially touched that John, the owner, made the effort to come in later that night just to see us. Reconnecting after a few years felt incredibly personal and reminded us why relationships built on trust and respect are the true foundation of luxury.
We feel genuinely grateful to work with clients who become friends, and to share moments that make our journey not only successful — but deeply meaningful.
