Facts I had a 17 hr drinking session and at some point a drink of mine was spiked which ended up with me ending up in a pysch ward due to concerns for my welfare,
Since I had to much self pride to get the help I needed!
You should never be afraid to ask for help with your mental health!
Its time we end the stigma and thats why I started
