Might want to save this one 🥰

For my first pregnancy I spent countless hours reading hospital bag lists and watching packing videos and in the end I still panic packed a few extra things before heading to the hospital 😅

I am an over thinker and usually an over packer but with my hospital bag I really did try to take only what I would use, someone can always drop off anything you forgot or didn’t think of.

I know some people like to take their own towel because the hospital ones are tiny, or even things for the shower the list could literally go on and on! I would love to hear what other things you would add to the list.

I really underestimated how important your birth space is. Everything got pretty intense from the moment we arrived at the hospital. I will definitely have a separate bag of birth space things to be set up so it is all there and accessible when we arrive.

I will do a full post on hospital bag packing etc soon ✨

I loved my fourth trimester, I was on such delirious no sleep high. Although soon after birth I realised just how much of pregnancy is focus on birth and not what comes next and I understand not wanting to overwhelm soon to be new mothers but for me I think it would have been good to be a little more prepared.
