This week we bring even better news to all our lovely and understanding patients! We are now able to perform ALL dental services to people who DO NOT meet the criteria for a suspected case of COVID-19.

We are now open from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Thurs and 8:00am-1:00pm on Fridays. Our usual late hours of a Tuesday and Wednesday will not resume until demand for appointments is high.

Upon scheduling an appointment, all patients will be required to truthfully answer some questions to ensure you meet the criteria of attending an appointment during this time.

We are going above & beyond with infection control practices and standard precautions to keep all our staff and patients safe. We kindly ask that all our patients adhere to social distancing practices when attending the clinic. Hand sanitizer is also available.

We greatly appreciate the patience and understanding from our patients while we have been under restrictions and operating at reduced hours. Thankyou.

This week we are happy to announce some good news!

As of today our dental restrictions have been slightly lifted and we are now following stage 2 guidelines from the Australian Dental Association instead of level 3. All routine dental treatment is still being postponed, however other treatment restrictions for dental related issues that are not causing pain have been eased.

Please note our clinic hours are still reduced to 8am-12pm weekdays at this point in time. This is likely to change in the upcoming weeks with hours potentially being extended soon, please stay tuned.

Upon scheduling an appointment, all patients will be required to truthfully answer some questions to ensure you meet the criteria of attending an appointment during this time.

If a dentist is available they will return your call. Appointments over the easter break will incur a call out fee plus the cost of treatment.

ATTENTION:

Swan Hill Dental Group has restricted its services to emergencies only until further notice due to precautions with Covid-19. We care greatly about the health and safety of our patients & staff and therefore will suspend non essential/non urgent treatments.

Clinic operating hours have been reduced. The clinic will open from 8am-12pm on weekdays for emergencies only. Please note we may close earlier or close altogether for an individual day due to low demand of appointments.

If you require an emergency appointment or wish to speak with reception staff please phone the clinic of a morning from 8am. If we are not in, please phone our on call service on 0429321409 and leave a detailed message. If a dentist is available they will return your call. You can also email us: [email protected] with your name and phone number and reception staff can contact you when they are available.

We are dedicated to keeping all our patients and staff safe during this time of global pandemic.
Please help us by thoroughly washing your hands regularly, avoid sitting within close proximity of other patients in the waiting rooms and reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have traveled overseas within the last 14 days.
• Our daily cleaning procedures are already thorough, and we are going above and beyond with infection control. We have decided to take extra precautions with additional cleaning and disinfecting before and after each patient
• Our cleaning includes the sterilisation/disinfecting of all equipment, instruments, benches, chairs, cupboards etc. This happens before and after every appointment, and also at the beginning and end of each day.
• We encourage the use of hand sanitiser for our patients that are wall mounted in reception and in the hallways near bathrooms.
• Our team knows that they must strictly self-isolate if they have travelled overseas within the last 14 days or if they have been in contact with someone who is known to carry the virus.

Please do not attend your appointment if you:
• Show symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect you may be ill.
• Have been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19.
• Have been overseas in the past 14 days
