Today is the day for the Women who carry more than anyone ever sees.

The ones who hold everything together, even on the days they feel like they’re coming undone.
The ones who give endlessly, quietly putting others first without ever asking for recognition.
The ones who show up, day after day, with strength, patience, and a kind of love that never runs out.

It’s for the women who still choose themselves too. Who carve out moments in the chaos to move, to grow, to chase what sets their soul on fire. Who remind us that strength isn’t just what you give to others, but what you build within yourself.

To the women who somehow do it all! The nurturing, the leading, the supporting, the sacrificing (and make it look effortless even when it’s anything but)

Thank you for being everything you are.
For the example you set without even trying.
For showing the next generation what it truly means to be strong, capable, and unapologetically powerful.

Had the absolute pleasure of coming along to .strongest last weekend to watch ALL 3 of our gorgeous Strongwomen athletes battle it out for their national titles! 💪🏼

All three ladies put on such an amazing performance start to finish and gave it their absolute all, taking away podium finishes all round! There were some hiccups along the way, throughout prep and comp day, but it wouldn’t be strongman without it hey 🤷🏼‍♀️

came out with a 2nd Place in the U73 Class 🥈
with a 3rd Place in the U82 Class 🥉
And with a 2nd Place in the U82 Class 🥈

Feeling like one proud and super lucky gal to have these women to inspire us and show us what we can achieve when we work our lil booties off!! So much love for these ladies, and the amazing athletes they are! 🫶🏼
