I’m a mum of 2 beautiful little girls and have been learning to sew for some mindfulness whilst navigating PND and my new life as a mum. 2020 was a huge journey for everyone - starting out with a severe drought, crazy bushfires and a pandemic that shut down the world as we know it. Not only was I going through the life changing events of the year, but I was going through my own very personal battl

e with Perinatal Depression and Anxiety. I have been learning to sew from my amazing mum to focus my attention and have a creative outlet... and now you can enjoy the fruits of my (painful) labour.

It’s been a crazy start to 2025 with Greg going back to England (yes, again!), me solo parenting, celebrating the memories of some beautiful people who have left this Earth, and my 10th wedding anniversary.
