😮I wish I knew this earlier in life...no one educated us about this...now I see alot of people our age suffering with diseases associated with these factors.

😊 I am now trying to "disassociate" from these factors listed and become the best version of me I can be! I do NOT want to be reliant on Doctors, scripts, and masking root causes of inflammation and disease as opposed to "bandaiding" them... just sayin!
