We can often lose sight of our dreams for many different reasons, which may include self-doubt, fear, daily distractions or opinions and suggestions from others.

This is why it is so important to quieten all those voices and feelings and ask yourself why was that my dream?

Sometimes all we need is that little reminder of why, to push us to hold onto that dream and believe in ourselves again.

It is so easy to get caught up in the day to day of life as we know it that we put off what we really want to achieve.

Sometimes you need to get up out of your comfort zone and silence all the negative “I can’t do it” thoughts and go after what it is you want.

We have found that when we are actively seeking opportunities that is when we are achieving our goals x

I love this, and I can definitely resonate with it.

I feel that this is something that we need to remind ourselves of. That we need to go into these “difficult” tasks with a more open mind and not doubt our abilities, because often times we are the ones putting up a barrier and stopping ourselves from even starting that task we think is going to be too difficult.

But once we take that leap we often surprise ourselves at how capable we actually are.

We need to learn to have more faith in ourselves and our abilities and understand that we may not accomplish that difficult task on the first go, and we may also need to ask for help, but that is better than stopping yourself from ever trying xx
