"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard."

This quote sums up my brother, Khoi perfectly. His hard work has always been something I've admired about him. And I put my money on him to outwork anyone. No doubt.

Growing up, certain virtues of his always stuck out to me. His resiliency, work ethic, and drive... There's no doubt in my mind, he can achieve anything he wants when he puts his mind to it. And that's what I try to learn and replicate with anything I do.

There would be no HXRO Movement without him.

This image will one day be framed and placed on the wall of our home. The symbolism. The meaning. The depth of the picture. It speaks more than anyone can really understand.

Let me break it down a bit...

During the start of HXRO, I was constantly on my phone. Sampling. Talking to manufacturers. Researching designs. Trying to learn different material blends and whatnot. Doesn't matter the time or day. It's sad to say but it became the primary priority for me. Even during date night, and anniversary celebrations, I had to at least confirm sample orders and talk to manufacturers.

Not once did ._.what ever complain. Not once did she rage or tell me off because she knew I was doing whatever I had to do to build something. She simply sat with me and watched as I worked. Once I answered the messages and orders, we then can celebrate. She let me be selfish so I can build HXRO.

That's why this picture is special to me.
It resembles me as someone constantly searching and focused one thing only, and she's with me all the way, by my side, being supportive and watching over me to make sure I don't waver under the pressure or the negative energy that exist.

All I can say is... We gon make it.

Consider why you do what you do...
Whether it be the job you're currently working, the book you're reading, or the diet you're following, you're doing something either for satisfaction, the reward, or because it's a step in the direction you need to go.

For me, HXRO Movement was never the dream I envisioned growing up. I've always enjoyed sports, and I've always spent time in the gym because I enjoyed training. I enjoyed seeing small changes, whether it be through dieting or through the weight I could lift.

Over time, my passion for training turned into wanting to learn more about the science behind bodybuilding and nutrition. And when you're passionate about something? You want to be associated with that field. And that's how it was for the people I went to high school with years ago.

By now, you probably already know I've always enjoyed helping the less fortunate, and inspiring others. Combining these aspirations, 'hobbies', and the fact I've always worn gym apparel, rep Hoodie SZN like no other, and watched fitness YouTube videos daily... It lead to creating HXRO Movement. - K
