I am so excited that the latest issue of One Thimble magazine has been released and my blossom pincushion pattern is featured in this issue xx it is an easy and rewarding hand sewing project that can pretty up a sewing room, be a lovely gift, and use up scraps you have been saving. I am proud to participate in Collaborate for a Cause again this year. We got to sew with a new fabric collection designed by Inkling Threads for the wonderful and generous BOO! Designs! Working alongside talented handmaidens from Horris and Deedle, Applegail, Poppies pretties and Crinkly Cotton this collection of clothing was created and will be offered to the auction winner in a size of their choosing. We are donating all monies raised from the auction of this winter foxy collection to Orange Sky Australia! I will pop a link to the auction album for you to check out xx k

I am so excited to be able to offer these exclusive pieces that I have created in the amazing organic Hello, Ollie collection released by Art Gallery Fabrics. They will be available tomorrow night at Blooms & Butterflies Doll Studio and you should see the other creations the many talented and lovely handmaidens have created for this. Hi there! Sorry I haven't been around much on facebook, but I have been happily sewing lots of pretties. I recently blogged for Pattern Revolution (link in comments). The fabulous Art Gallery Fabrics supplied this gorgeous pandalicious fabric and I made a spring inspired collection using Twig + Tale patterns. I love the colours on my girls and we are so happy to be heading into warmer weather.

Here is my second collaborative effort for this years Collaborate for a Cause charity event held on facebook this Friday. I am part of and have created a gorgeous spandex flutter top in copper and black and paired it with a luxe lace overlay gathered skirt. Hello lovelies! It has been far too long since I posted here! I am excited to share one of my pieces (a custom size) that will be auctioned off this Fridays Collaborate for a Cause largest handmade charity event. I am in an amazing group! The fabric is designed by BOO! Designs and Ric-Rac and Retro and I am joined by some amazing talent from India's Closet Applegail Boo Boo Dee's Samuel & Rose Peppa N Salt and Damaya Designs! We are supporting the Macular Disease Foundation Australia. This is a cause that is meaningful to me because I suffer from macular disease and hope that research can make for a brighter future xx

Gosh I realised I had forgotten to share with you the gorgeous baby swimmers I made with the amazing kokeshi spandex by BOO! Designs. Super cute peplum swim top and cheekies pants mean for a stylish little miss in and out of the water. Thank goodness for indoor swimming so we can wear them all year round xx

Eek! Been busy doing more pattern testing. Coming very soon to Violette Field Threads is the gorgeous . It has a unique ruffle back with super bubbly shorts and cute button up straps at the front of the bodice to allow for easy dressing. I think this romper can be worn year round with layering in the cooler months too. Isn't it sweet!!! L😍VE
