SIZE COMPARISONS

We’re sold out of Mediums, but this size chart may prove that you’re after a different size!

Since our socks have no shaped heel and optimal elasticity, the sizing is very fluid and based on how high you want the sock to go.

Here are the comparisons of the same sock on an “40-something” Adult, a 10 year old boy and a 6 year old girl.

Most kids don’t hate socks. They hate how socks feel, and one of the biggest culprits is the raised, ‘lumpy’ toe seam.

That thick ridge across the toes can rub and press into the skin, which is especially frustrating for kids who are extra sensitive.

So, we removed it!

I Hate Socks feature a flat, virtually invisible toe seam that you can barely see, let alone feel.

I Hate Socks started with our own kids.

Both of our oldest boys hated wearing socks and we way too much time venting about our 🤬 mornings on WhatsApp.

We chatted with other parents at school and realised we weren't the only ones. In fact, way too many families knew exactly what we were talking about.

But was it just a Northern Beaches thing?

To find out, we surveyed hundreds of parents around Australia:

🧦 69.2% said sock meltdowns are a regular occurrence in their household

🧦 25.2% said socks cause issues 'sometimes'

🧦 5.6% said their kids happily put socks on and get on with their day (lucky them)

That means 94.4% of families told us socks cause some level of struggle at home 😮

Those results gave us the confidence to turn our idea into reality and create a better sock for kids who hate socks.
