We are looking for expressions of interest for renting studio space. We will have four or five spaces available, average size is 3.6m deep and between 2.5 and 3 m wide. Some will have a pin-up board end. All are painted white. We expect these spaces to come online early in the new year.

You will have access to a kitchen area with hot and cold water, and kettle for tea. Also an outside sitting area with table and four benches in a garden setting. There is no phone but there may be Internet, we are being NBN'd late this year but we don't know right now what packages are suitable.

Rental will be $100 per week, services included.

We have had a number of approaches recently regarding availability of a studio. Unfortunately, we are currently full and expect to be so until the new year at least. Afterthat, we are subdividing the large studio space into several small spaces. Keep looking here for updates as to availability.

Rockdale Art Studios has been rented to two emerging artists. April, a fashion designer, and Aidan, a printmaker. We look forward to seeing what they produce in the next twelve months.

Rockdale Art Studios offers flexible rental to meet your needs. Rent space from 10 square metres up to 80 square metres, whatever suits your needs for as long as you need.

We also can provide access to an etching press for suitably qualified printmakers.

The studio has very good natural lighting, has easy on road car parking and is a five minute walk away from Rockdale station.
