Kez's upcycled stuff upcycled jewellery, clothing, bags. All upcycled stuff somehow. Doing a fashion and design course during 2021, I found out the hard way how much hits land fill.

The stories of farms in different countries that have bails and bails of rubbish in them...our RUBBISH...so to try and change our lives in a small way to help the environment I started upcycling, looking at our recycling bin 1st to see what I could reduce...then our washing and clothes that get thrown in the bin...so this is what I have come up with...

After several years of stress, running a business and raising kids i am desperste to create too again...
So once we set up the beq work space we managed to find a space for my little section...
So i can create so i feel i have a purpose in this world...
So slowly getting ideas supplies to start again...since the last time i hit the machines i found temu...the extra bits and bobs are cheap and plenty of them...have found some awesome things...but even i get caught out too...i grabbed this fabric as had a idea for a teachers gift...been waiting patiently for 14 days for it...all excited about starting my idea...
Hahhahahahhahahaahahahahahha...
It arrived yesterday...
Its half the size i thought it was and it isnt cotton...
Now to think of aomething else to do with my small bits of none cotton fabric....
Now off to sort the day job amd day dream about my ideas until tonight...:):):):):)...

Welcome to the 1st post from me, as Kez's upcycled stuff...
This is my way of getting head space in a hectic household of mostly males and 1 banshee of a 7yr old girl...

These little earrings are all handmade with something up-cycled...All have painted wooden beads...all are for pierced ears...the up-cycled bit is the blue plastic looking stuff...the blue plastic is cut with a zigzag edge, and was once a kids floatie...1 less floatie in land fill...now to find todays up-cycled item...
Each pair are $5, $2.20 postage anywhere in OZ...only have what is in photos so far...
