I'm Seth, a Sydney based artist and ive been creating costume props and armour for cosplay, larp and film for 5 years.
Currently I'm focusing on affordable EVA cosplay/larp armour
Prices are based on how much detail there is in the pieces:
Commander, Hero or Grunt.
Full Carapace sets: $300/$400/$800+
Helms: $80/$120/$250+
Chest: $80/$120/$250+
Pauldrons and Gorget: $70/$100/$200+
Vambrace/bazuband: $40/$80/$100+
Greaves: $40/$80/$100+
Prop weapons: $50/$80/$100+
Basic full carapace set includes: Chest, Pauldrons (Shoulder pads) and Gorget (neck) if needed, Greaves (shin and knee)/Knees, Vambraces(forearm)/Bazuband (Forearm and Elbow), Helmet.
Commander: Personalised patterning, detailing and painting. Extras can include resin or plastic parts, LED lighting, animatronics, etc.
Hero: Personalised detailing. Weathering and blended rubberised paint finish.
Grunt: Basic neat rubberised paint finish in your choice of colours.
I also have 5 generic carapace suits that I hire out, designed for NPC mobs.
These are made to fit Medium to Large sizes. If you think you might need a custom size, let me know.
10% discount on sets of 5. (They don't have to be identical, in fact, its better if they have different details following a similar theme)
Rush jobs 30% surplus.All Australian dollars. Postage extra at cost.
Half down as deposit. Average turn around time is around 3-5 weeks, but more complex props will take longer, and more simple props could be as little as a week.
I have the following armour patterns on hand and/or partly made for faster turn around.
Sisters of Battle, Scouts, Kasrkins, Scions, Arbites, Chaos Warriors, Paladins, Mando, Jin-Roh Wolf Brigade, Daedra (no grunt), NCR/Talon/Rivet Combat armour, Synth Armour,
Prop weapon patterns on hand/partly made include:
Bolt gun/pistol, autogun, combat shotgun, lasgun + variants, plasma gun, flamer.
Wastelander's Friend, Gauss rifle, Le Fusil Terribles, Laser gun
Chain sword, chain axe, Power axe and sword, Assaultron blade, Ripper
Plus all manner of axes, swords, clubs, etc.
These can all be made larp safe (depending on ruleset), from wood, or some may be converted nerf.
If a large number of identical, detailed weapons are needed, i can cast these from resin.
Naturally other props can be made as requested. These are the EVA foam props i sell, but I also work in resin, silicone, latex, wood, styrene, thermoformed plastic, steel (actual armour), and a bunch of other materials.
