I didn’t feel like working out.

So I did.

I needed the sun, I needed to move, and I needed the endorphins.

I didn’t plan on going mad crazy on pressing but it happened.

I always superset abs with the pressing.

BB Shoulder Press
10 reps of: 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65
2 reps of: 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95
💯 kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 3

Sit ups 4 sets x 25 reps
Legs raises (same)
Flutter kicks (same)
Hanging knee raises 4 sets x 15 reps

Mobility Walk: 25kg overhead

Overhead press
30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90kg x 5
100kg x 2, 2 sets. These felt mint.

Sit Ups and Leg Raises: 25 x 5.

Pull Ups: 1-3 reps between sets, 30
total

Walking Overhead DB: 20kg x 20m x 100m total

Side and Front Raises: 5 sets, 10 reps

Monday: Week 2 of prep phase for Sheiko. Still no invite to nationals (although none have gone out) but this is still what I’m training for.
