It's been a while since I have been active here.

Things has been extremely busy and stressful the past two years with returning to full-time work outside the home and unfortunately I was unable to dedicate time to my nappies during this time as well.

Life has taken a bit of a course direction recently and I am once again able to spend some time at the sewing machine 😀

There will be a few changes moving forward, starting with the website which will be unavailable for a few days while it is updated.

I am hoping to do a massive sale on existing stock so stay tuned for some great bargains!

I apologise in advance for any disruptions and changes to stock availabilty while things get a makeover but I'm looking forward to giving Wild Child Nappies a fresh new start!

Before Christmas, I was approached by a soon to be Mum (again) about a quilt I had for sale.

The quilt was done in a hexagonal pattern and it reminder her of a special blanket she was given when her eldest bub was little.

I was asked if I could make 2 quilts like her original one for herself and a friend, both expecting bubbas in March.

Last weekend she picked up her blankets ready for her bub in a couple weeks and she can't wait to use hers!

My kids love playing cards with their Nanna during the holidays.

It's always a struggle for them to keep hold of their cards so after seeing a card holder a while back, I decided to see if I could make them each one.

I came across this really simple circular holder and honestly whipped these up in about 10mins.

Now to wait for the next holidays so they can try them out!

I recently finished this custom order for an adult sized day nappy.

The outside is red terry with white terry inside. The inserts are larger and due to asking for higher front & back rise - I had to do a 3-row snap arrangement on the sides.

Made to fit a 104cm waist with a 90cm rise.

Turned out great and it's off to it's new owner this week!

To all my supporters and followers - hoping you had a wonderful festive season 😀

It's been a hectic end to 2022 around work, nappies and illness for me and my family but fingers crossed 2023 is bigger and better than ever!

I have some very big decisions to make over the coming months about the future of Wild Child Nappies as I unfortunately no longer have the time I used to have to spend doing what I love - sewing!

I have decided not to do markets again this year and will be trying to clear all my current stock online - so watch out for some super special sales coming up!

Until then, have a wonderful 2023!
