Refunds:
Currently our refund policy WILL ONLY & CAN ONLY cover faulty items. We have a process in place that allows us to to check every item and its functions so there shouldn't be a problem. We can not offer a refund for problems with ordering the wrong size, wrong colour, washing incorrectly or change of mind after purchase. Postage:
All of our prices of items do not includ
e postage. We add postage to your item when writing up invoice or when checking out. The cost of postage may vary depending on amount and weight of items. At this point i time we only offer tracked post because of a history of issues of parcels being lost. Having tracked postage allows better communication on the whereabouts of your items. Always ensure your PayPal address is up-to-date because legally we can only send to this address, also we are not covered if we send to any address other than listed in PayPal. If parcels are lost in transit due to customer offering incorrect address, we DO NOT take any responsibility for this. Please provide correct address on PayPal. In the even that your parcel states that it has been signed for by persons other than yourself, but you did not in fact sign for it, unfortunately we cannot send another item because of this unlikely event. Custom Orders:
Custom Orders will we worked on in payment order. Please allow 2-6 weeks from date of payment for completion of your order. Due to the nature of custom orders, fabric is generally allocated specifically to your unique item, because of this, we cannot accept any returns or refunds in the event that you change your mind on type, size and style. When ordering your custom item, if you are unsure of sizes and design etc, PLEASE CONTACT ME to discuss your options and selection of sizes, because once you order, it's locked in so please commit. When the custom spots are opened, immediate payment is required to save us from being out of pocket. Layby:
