At Remuse Designs, we create limited-edition sustainable unisex garments, bespoke alterations, and re-dye services — alongside natural dye workshops designed to help you ethically extend the life of your wardrobe yourself.

I’m so excited to once again be hosted by Bunjil Place to deliver another Natural Dye Immersion Workshop next Saturday afternoon in Berwick on unceded Bunurong Country.

Together, we’ll discuss and workshop all that goes into dyeing fabric — from plant cultivation and resource usage to safe disposal and garment care.

This past Equinox I was able to go *home* namely Lenapehoking (NYC). While spending some beautiful time with friends and fam, I spent lots of time at galleries, soaking in visuals that will soon inform and guide the collection we've been deep in development with. From , , and , it was affirming to return to the spaces created in honour the diasporic arts and cultural movements that continue to inform this practice. Looking forward to sharing more of our development process.

styled for editorial vs. styled for life

The Afrofuture Dress is designed with Deadstock cotton rugby jersey with the moss and scarlet colours and tones of For Sun Ra (2).

As a designer and maker, I love to explore how deadstock materials - meaning fabrics that are recycled and reclaimed from factory excess - can be integrated into new ways into our hand dyed, earth inspired colour palette and asymmetrical cuts, and be designed as both editorial and casual, as these are pieces created to be worn and loved anywhere, any day.
