🚗 HEADING TO FOOTS HILL STATION? HERE'S THE EASIEST WAY!

📍 From Townsville, head west on the Flinders Highway (A6) towards Charters Towers.

➡️ Drive approximately 43 km.

⬅️ Turn LEFT onto Dingo Park Road (the turn is just BEFORE the service station on the highway).

➡️ Follow Dingo Park Road for 10 km.

➡️ Turn RIGHT onto Webb Road.

➡️ Continue for 8.8 km to the end of the road and you'll arrive at Foots Hill Station.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
✅ Use Google Maps (not Apple Maps)
✅ Download your map before leaving Townsville
✅ Access is via Flinders Highway → Dingo Park Road → Webb Road only
✅ There are no practical back-road routes

***STRAND NIGHT MARKET CANCELLED***
We love the rain in Townsville but sometimes it is a bit much! Due to the large amount of rain overnight the decision has been made to cancel tonight's Strand Night Markets due to risk of damage to Strand Park. Fingers crossed 🤞 the rain will stop and we can reschedule.

Last one for the year 😊

Wow, Christmas is only a few short weeks away and 2025 is almost over! The final Strand Night Market for the year is this Friday. Come down and join us for a night of fun, food and fabulous Christmas gifts. We will have the Thuringowa Brass Band entertaining us with Christmas caroles and word on the street is that Santa and his elves will be there as well!

I’ll be at the strand this Friday night.

The countdown to Christmas has officially started. Come down and start your Christmas shopping early at Strand Night Markets this Friday at Strand Park from 5pm. It will be a jam packed market with your favourite food trucks and local arts and crafts. Fridays are better when Strand Night Markets are on.
