Perth home based mother daughter duo selling affordable handcrafted kids clothing and accessories We aim to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever we can.

We specialise in girls dresses (sizes 0-8) and troop shirts (kids size 0000 through to men's # # !). We can also make - but are not limited to:
* pinafores
* skirts
* shorts (size 0000-10)
* jump suits
* rompers
* overalls
* bucket hats
* headbands and scrunchies
* cloth make-up removal pads

Add ons such as circle (swirly) skirts, sleeve cap variations, piping and play suits under dresses all

attract an additional fee which can be quoted on contact. We will have a "Replay" line of pre-loved goodies upcycled into ready to love kids clothes. Any usable scraps are also donated to local daycare centres for use in craft and sensory play. Items can be posted standard or express anywhere in Australia. Custom orders can also be arranged, please email for more details.

**FOR SALE**

Handmade Tasmanian oak card holders. Fantastic for young and old, particularly kids when playing games that require a large handful of cards (Phase 10, Uno) or for anyone who struggles with dexterity. These are roughly 20cm lengths and hold 10 cards, twice hand sanded and oiled with an outdoor timber oil. I have 20 available in this batch but can make more if there is interest 😊

$8 each, I'm happy to do larger bundles at a slight discount. Please reach out! I'm in Perth but can post or get down to Albany for collection next week.

Hello everyone! Can't believe the silly season is upon us already, hope everyone has a smooth lead up to the holidays 💖

So I've been sitting on an idea for a while and this week while making teachers gifts (pot holders!), it really got me thinking seriously. Would anyone be interested in DIY sewing kits? We would make little packs up with all necessary materials cut to size with instructions for certain projects. They would be great for beginner sewers or as a fun gift for someone who loves a DIY project but doesn’t necessarily want to buy more materials than they need.

I've attached a couple of photos of some possible ideas - pot holder, crochet hand towel topper, bowl cosies (and plate cosies) and even smaller projects like scrunchies, no-sew hair clips and easy fold french cushion covers.

Would love any feedback or thoughts 😊🙏

Has been worn by my daughter a couple of times but is in perfect condition. Would suit someone who is usually a size 4 or 5 as its a smaller 6. Asking $40 - this style is usually around $70 with the extra skirt fabric.

Hello and happy 2024 everyone 😁
Lotus Threads was back together temporarily in San Diego! Mumma has just gone home after a 5 week soul-hugging visit 💖 Now its only 3.5 months until the fam and I are back on home soil.

Mum and I are still here, brain storming away and ready to get back behind the machines together. We're thinking ladies dresses might be our new focus (we have made/tested a fair few of these to showcase). Can't wait to reconnect with you all in the coming months 😊

For those of you who don't know, my little fam has temporarily located to California for 10 months 🌞
But not to worry, Lotus Threads is still operating in full swing 😁 Mum is in Perth ready at the helm and I will still be answering messages/taking orders - there just might be a slight delay in reply times 😊

My beautiful niece celebrated her 1st birthday last week and Mum made her this adorable Polly Pinafore as a gift 😍 the "pinnies", as we call them, are great and versatile as they have extra room under the arms for growing and can be layered up for the colder seasons!
