POV: Your customers are fighting over cashmere coat and jacket colours.

Hundreds of metres of fabric.
One tape measure.
Two very tired women.

This weekend was spent rolling, measuring and calculating exactly how many coats we can make from our limited cashmere allocation.

Meanwhile, our clients have been busy negotiating, lobbying and attempting to charm their way into their preferred colours. (Yes Barb, we have you down for a butter coat and a chartreuse coat 🤣)

The cashmere is limited.
The bribery attempts are plentiful.
The competition is fierce.
