Best advert for buying organic products! Conventional agriculture involves tillage and herbicide use which kills the weeds and creates bare ground so wind and rain just strip the topsoil 😪
Weeds are there for a reason! To build soil structure, provide organic matter and bring minerals to the surface for other plants to use 🌱 There is little research in this area because modern day agriculture is founded off the likes of Monsanto 😡 Just like the pharmaceutical industry creates more customers than cures, but that's a rant for another day 🤣😬
