It's TONIGHT!!! Daniel Downing (straight from Australian touring cast of WICKED) will be guest teaching Adult Jazz Tuesdays 8-9.30pm. $20pp bring a towel and bottled water. Daniel will be teaching a new routine for the next 5 weeks. Come and take class from an industry professional and see if you have what it takes to make it as a pro! It's the biggest day of the year for tap dancers - May 25 'National Tap Dance Day'. We hope you all celebrate all things tap today and do the hoofers national anthem the 'Shim Sham'. We will be celebrating tonight by doing the Shim Sham, Freeze Chorus, Shim Sham II and Revenge of the Shim Sham in class at 6.30pm. You can join us for $10 and don't forget to bring your taps!

With the cooler weather setting in we see a decline in attendance to our weekly classes and then as it heats up everyone flocks back to class to try and undo what was done over the winter months. Don't forget Summer bodies are created in Winter! Make sure you continue to attend your favourite classes over the cooler months (do not give in to your head and thoughts of 'it's too cold & wet') so you can keep enjoying the benefit of class (gaining new skills, keeping fitness levels up etc) as well as the security knowing your class will still be running come spring. The ball is in your court...
