Good morning!

It has come to my attention that the SMS 'order ready' notification is not sending at present. This is due to the Govenment's rediculous new regulations regarding text ID's. Although our text ID has been working perfectly for the past 8 years, we have registered our ID and are awaiting confirmation to go ahead and continue use. Until then, Im sorry, the powers that be have blocked our usage.

I will let you know when we are back to normal :)

Next week is our last week of trade for 2025! (Who's really counting down the days...?) 😁

Normal domestic garment dry cleaning services available until Thursday 18th Dec, Household furnishings taken until Tuesday 16th.

Hem alterations taken until Wednesday 17th. All other alterations accepted for February 2026 start with the exception of school uniforms which take priority December/January.

Garment repairs and alterations notice for 2025:

We are no longer offering fittings for the remainder of the year for general alterations. Please have hems pre-pinned at home, and we will be happy to continue accomodating these and small jobs into our workload until18th December.

We are unable to offer major repairs and alteration services for the rest of the year. We need time to catch up on some long overdue orders and make room for school uniform work. We will be available for major work from mid to late February 2026.

From Monday 8th December, school uniform alterations will take priority.

Our drycleaning services will remain unchanged, with last day for cleaning requests 19th December. Saturday 20th will be our last day of trade for the year.
