I’m a Ukrainian artist, and I’m new to your platform. A month ago, I uploaded two of my original, fully hand-made crafts to my shop. Within seconds of submission, my listings were removed by your AI three times, citing "Creativity Standards" violations.

I immediately contacted support to start an investigation (ID: #23870100). I provided every piece of evidence requested: photographs of my work from different angles, photos with my tools, and photos of the pieces in my hands to prove they are real. I was assured the team would investigate ASAP.

It has now been a month.

I have been charged for all three listings, yet they remain stuck in the "removed" folder.

I’m myself stuck in limbo. I’m afraid to upload new crafts because I don't want them deleted instantly.

I have nothing to promote. I want to grow my shop, but I am being ghosted by a platform that claims to support handmade art.

Every time I request to speak with a real human, I get the same robotic, AI-generated responses (see the screenshots below). The answers don’t even match my questions. It is beyond frustrating and deeply discouraging for creators who put their heart into their work.

None of my original crafts violate your policies. I am asking for a real person to actually look at my evidence.

Ukrainian artists have enough challenges in our everyday lives right now - the last thing we want is to have to fight with AI bots just to survive. I want to grow my shop and share my art, but I can't do that if I'm blocked by a glitchy system.

Etsy, please fix this. I just want to sell my art.
