Releasing the Kraken!
Firstly, I've got a confession to make. I'm not perfect. I make mistakes. My vision doesn't always turn into something I love. If I don't love something, it's very hard to work on.
If you scroll back through posts you will see that this is Mark 2 of this bag. My first attempt went all sorts of wrong. I wasn't really feeling it, then catastrophe.... the paint and glue I used didn't cure correctly and remained tacky. I was devastated. So many hours of work wasted.
Finally though, I pulled myself up off the floor, refocused with a clear head and started again.
The last photos of this post shows my drawings to create this bag. So many more hours, but this time, I was happy.
This bag is a mix of hand drawn vinyl applique piecesand embroidery. Over 3 hours in the embroidery alone.
Waterproof lining, grab handles,double sided adjustable strap, full double zip closure, inner zip and slip pockets, this bag has ALL the features and attention to detail that you have come to expect.
Black hardware and octopus zip pulls elevate this design and I am honestly so proud.
