Huge thank you to Mark from for these photos. I really needed this after a few order mistakes I've made over the last few weeks.
For example - ordering and sending long sleeve Pilbaras when the order was for short sleeve - Lucky they are not decorated - Thank you to customer for being super understanding. You know who you are 🥰
I also sent embroidered long sleeve Pilbaras instead of short - I have a real problem with this it seems. Lucky it was for only 3 shirts and again fantastic customers who understand human error. And now they get some free shirts.
And last but not least, spelling errors on a couple of shirts - this one is unusual as normal protocol is to send proofs - my bad!

Making mistakes is often a blessing, a gentle reminder to get your act together, slow down and double check. I am truly blessed that 9 out of 10 customers are super supportive, understanding and most of all patient.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for you all and so sorry for the super long post ❤
