Delicious little veggie muffins to gently introduce baby to new textures 💛

Ingredients 🧺 (makes 6 muffins)
• 1 small zucchini
• 1 carrot
• 80 g flour
• 1 egg
• 40 g mild grated cheese (such as Parmesan)
• 50 ml milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• A drizzle of olive oil

Recipe 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Grate the zucchini and carrot. Set a few pieces aside.
2️⃣ Blend the rest with the egg, milk and olive oil in the Babycook bowl.
3️⃣ Add the flour, baking powder and cheese, then mix.
4️⃣ Pour into multi-portion moulds.
5️⃣ Top with the reserved grated vegetables and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

A great recipe for helping little ones explore new flavours and textures at their own pace. 🌱

🥤 Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients 🧺
• About ten strawberries
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 150 ml milk

🧁 Mini Tahini Muffins (makes 6 muffins)
Ingredients 🧺
• 100 g flour
• 80 g tahini (sesame paste)
• 100 ml milk
• 1 egg
• 1/2 banana
