This year l went on a holiday to Bali without Clint ( husband ). It was amazing, l hadn’t been before, Bali is beautiful, warm, fragrant and the food amazing. Added to this was the wonderful retreat l did with Melissa. It was the perfect supportive environment to unpack my thoughts and reset my thinking. I came away feeling relaxed and calm (and had lost the heavy lump of anxiety that had been living in my stomach for years). Weeks later l still have that feeling. Anyway. Go, try it, it’s awesome. You have plenty of time to shop, do tourist things or just gaze at your navel and contemplate life.
