To capture the essence of an English summer, we hand-pick wild elderflowers, which are transformed into a pale, verdant liquid. Fentimans Wild English Elderflower is naturally light with delicate floral flavors, delivering a clean and complex taste.

Ginger Root
From China
Ginger root has been used for millennia as a herbal medicine and as a cooking ingredient in Asia. Two thousand years after the Romans first started to import ginger to Europe, Fentimans continue the tradition of importing the finest Chinese ginger root. To make Fentimans Ginger Beer, the ginger root is crushed before the intense and spicy flavor is extracted and botanically brewed. The result is a complex taste which is fiery and full of flavor.

Lemon
From Spain
With its distinctive sharp taste, lemon is a key ingredient in drinks such as our Victorian Lemonade and Bitter Lemonade. We specially select our lemons to ensure we get the perfect flavour profile; this ensures we hit the right citrus notes and balanced flavour in every sip.

Jasmine
From Asia
Cultivated in the foothills of the Himalayas, jasmine blossom has long been used in Asian medicines and remedies. Its delicate white flowers reflect its subtlety sweet and fragrant aroma, giving our Sparkling Lime & Jasmine a distinctly sweet and sour botanical flavour that is quite unlike any other soft drink.

Quinine
From Indonesia
Famously used by British colonists to protect them from contracting malaria, quinine harvested from the bark of the Chinchona Tree is the vital ingredient in the creation of tonic water. Extracting the purest quinine is essential in giving a premium tonic its distinctive dry and slightly bitter taste. The quinine used in our drinks, has a long association with the British making tonic water in their overseas empires.

Orange
From the Mediterranean
Our specially sourced oranges are grown in the Mediterranean region and are renowned for possessing a tangy and intense citrus character. The temperate climate allows the oranges to slowly ripen, developing a vibrant and bold citrus dimension, that packs a flavoursome punch in our Mandarin & Seville Orange Jigger drink.

Rose Oil
From the Kazanlak Valley, Bulgaria
It is the inclusion of rose oil, which gives our Rose Lemonade its distinct and delectable floral flavour. We source our rose oil from Kazanlak in Bulgaria, known locally as the Valley of the Roses and famed for producing the highest quality rose oil. Harvesting of the rose petals happens in a narrow window of time, occurring just once a year. The rose petals must be picked by hand at sunrise when they are at their most fragrant, with the oil extracted within hours of picking. The result is a delicate and distinctive rose flavour.

Pink Grapefruit
From the United States
One of the largest members of the citrus fruit family, pink grapefruit is tangy whilst carrying a luminous sweetness. The sharp yet sweet notes create a delicious melody of flavours in our new Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water; the perfect recipe for an invigorating G&T like no other.

Limeflower
From Eastern Europe

Aromatic limeflower blossoms from the lime trees release a burst of uplifting and fragrant notes. Floral whilst carrying a subtle citrus melody, limeflower is one of the key taste notes in our Botanical Tonic Water.

Superb wagyu Japanese beef comes from the special technique and the attentive care given by the producers. The term “wagyu beef cattle” refers to distinctive Japanese breeds. Wagyu beef cattle are raised to be healthy animals in well-ventilated barns spread with sawdust. They are fed with a mixture of hay and highly nutritious, safe compound feeds. Farmers who breed wagyu cattle raise them with careful attention to detail as if they were their own children, keeping a close eye on everything, including their physical condition.

A feature of wagyu beef is melt-in-the-mouth texture and a rich, luxurious taste derived from an abundance of fat. The beautiful pattern of fat through red flesh like the chuck, rib, and sirloin is termed shimofuri, or marbling. Its flavor will delight you when used in various types of cuisine. Wagyu beef is sold after inspection and grading for attributes such as meat color, texture, and marbling. The “Wagyu mark”? is attached exclusively to authentic domestic Japanese beef to distinguish such wagyu beef quality. This mark acts as a guide when selecting delicious, high-quality, authentic wagyu beef.

Grading: In order to ensure a fair trading, beef in Japan is currently graded by the Japan Meat Grading Association on the basis of the yield grade and meat quality grade. The yield grade refers to the ratio of meat to the total weight of the carcass and is classified into 3 grades from A to C, with A providing a higher yield. The meat quality grade is classified into five grades from 1 to 5, based on four criteria: fat marbling; the color and brightness of the meat; its firmness and texture; and the color and brightness of the fat. The lowest of the four individual grades becomes the final grade allocated to the meat. A thorough grading system of 15 grades (using a combination of the two above-mentioned elements) ensures a clear indication of Wagyu meat quality and yield grade.

These specific meat cuts are A5 marbling Grade, which is top on Japanese Marbling scale. The excess of fat in this grade is good for your health because 100% authentic A5 Grade has Omega 3 fat in it which is good for your health and hearth. A5 Grade beef is very famous for its taste, tenderness, delicious flavor and buttery texture with supremely tasty. A5 Grade is good for BBQ days, Grilling events, special days, a gift for your loved ones, and corporate events.

Capri-Sun is a brand of juice concentrate drink owned by the German Company WILD and sold in laminated foil pouches. It was introduced in 1969 and named after the Italian island of Capri.

The standard box is filled with pouches of juice, and each pouch is 200 ml and 330 ml. The pouch is trapezoidal in profile when filled and rectangular when flat, with a flared bottom that makes the pouch able to stand upright when placed on a horizontal surface.
