আমার চাচার ঢাকায় একটা বিল্ডিং আছে। ৫ তলা। সেই বিল্ডিং তার ৫ মেয়ের নামে উইল করে দিয়েছে। চাচার কোনো ছেলে নাই।

চাচাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, মেয়েরা তো সম্পত্তির অর্ধেক অংশ পাবে। বাকিটা তার ভাই, বা অন্য আত্মীয়রা পাবে। সে বলল, এই বিল্ডিং আমি নিজের টাকা দিয়ে করেছি। তাই এই সম্পত্তিতে অন্যের ভাগ নাই।

জানতে চাচ্ছি হল, মিরাস অনুযায়ী চাচার দালানের ভাগ কিভাবে হবে। আমাদের তো হক আছে এখানে , কিভাবে হক আ%*দায় করা যাবে ?
